**DIGITAL STRATEGIST (m/w/d)**

Are you passionate about mastering innovative digital and social strategy within a creative team? Do you know how to make our creative platforms and campaigns achieve more? Is defining KPIs and performing above benchmark what your professional heart also beats for? Then you might be the right one to help us fuel connected creativity with data-driven insights to reach new impact levels for our brands and partners.

**REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deep understanding and expertise of digital and social strategy, how brands can navigate across digital platforms to be relevant for consumers at each step along the digital customer journey.
- Enthusiastic about social media and digital technology, but also culture-savvy regarding popular culture shifts, trends, behaviors, beliefs and tonalities and able to work at the intersection of both
- Love for research, explorative thinking and drafting thesis to constantly push for exceptional insights and results
- Ability to create ownable insights, strategic platforms and digital brand experiences to fuel compelling creative concepts.
- Creating insights, provocations and strategy, as well as presentable decks.
- Working with creative departments (creative, design, photo, video) to bring ideas to life in a collaborative process.
- Solution-driven and hands-on working mindset.
- You are a source of inspiration for co-workers and clients alike and bring your inputs to both, proactively.
- You bring a deep understanding of how to own an insight or project from a strategic standpoint.
- You are a team player on all levels of professional interaction and beyond.
- You carry yourself in a way that conveys your senior status to clients and co-workers alike.
- Fluent in German in both writing and speaking and excellent English language.
