Our product management is divided into three segments - Indoor, Outdoor & Connectivity/IoT- where a team of product managers is constantly working to develop new, innovative products. Twice a year, during the so called Launch Windows, several new products are introduced to our target market.As Product Launch Manager you have the full responsibility to enroll the phase in process from our headquarter to our sales subsidiaries worldwide with the goal to launch new products to the market on time to enable sales to sell.
- You manage international launches from establishing an international master launch plan to supervising implementation of launching country organizations - twice a year.
- You are responsible for the launch process: you manage synchronization of sales trainings, marketing-mix and product information as well as product availability.
- You are controlling, analyzing and assessing of the launch windows via dedicated KPIs.
- You moderate and lead coordination meetings and trainings like launch meeting (TTT).
- You are responsible for planning and reviewing the overall launch budget and continuing with corrective actions if needed.
- Your strongly cooperate and exchange with global and local marketing departments (Brand Marketing, Product Management, Field Marketing).
