In your new role you will:

- **Manage a team **of technicians and engineers working in the field of Physical Failure Analysis and you will be the contact person for employees, including mentoring, performance management, salary review, etc.
- Have the **Responsibility **for the **chemical Lab **and for **several KPIs **like cycle time targets for different kind of analysis types
- **Elaborate **the **internal and external capacity and ressource management **(e.g. offload to other sites)

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

- A **university degree **(master degree or higher) in **chemistry, material science, physics or similar **with a **technical background in physical failure analysis**:

- Serval years of **experience in semiconductor industry**:

- The ability to **l **ead international teams**:

- Proficient skills in **Project Management **and are experienced with leading projects in a cross functional and global setting
- **Excellent **English **and **good German **skills

Almost 4.600 people work at five different sites in Austria.
