**EMEA Regional Technical Program Engineer, Global Strategic Accounts**

**Position Summary**:
This position will be a key role in a team supporting a key global strategic customer. You will be responsible for the commissioning support and management of multiple moderately complex projects. The projects include high-spec locations in majority of major cities across EMEA. Responsibilities include the oversight and support to the local JCI / partner installation commissioning teams, and general technical support to the account and customer. You will be representing the business in direct communications with the customer and their support team on a regular basis.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Your role will include:

- Providing technical guidance and technical reviews of designs.
- Following, developing, and implementing commissioning processes and documentation.
- Supporting and overseeing local teams in preparation and during commissioning across multiple projects.
- Working closely
- Building relationships with local teams and the client.
- Verifying all commissioning prior to coordinating system testing and verification with the client system administrations teams.
- Attend sites to support where required, and to verify installations and commissioning works.
- Be able to support the client and their support team with technical queries.
- Be responsible for populating and submitting system programming sheets to the client system administration team.
- Utilise and manage wider business commissioning resource within the Centre of Excellence network to provide commissioning support to sites and develop programming sheets.
- Ensuring all works are to the standards set by the client.
- Ensuring projects are closed out within agreed milestone dates.
- Provide regular status and progress reports to the account Programme Manger.
- Providing other technical duties as assigned.
- Travelling to sites across EMEA to support commissioning works.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Business Administration preferred.
- MBA preferred.

**Experience**:

- 4-6 years field technician experience in the electronic security industry working on moderate to complex projects.
- 2-3 years commissioning engineer / field project management experience in the electronic security industry.

**Skills**:

- Proven commissioning and supervision experience in dealing with large integrated security projects and programs
- Be able to travel to support the program.
- Must possess strong skills in communication and reporting, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Ability to influence and drive standards to local installation and commissioning teams.
- Multiple language skills preferred (English and another)
