**Your role at RBI**:

- You support the business and technical implementation of financial sanctions, terrorism financing prevention and sensitive business group policies
- You support to manage the product backlog by defining User Stories based on Business and Regulatory Requirements as well as define and execute user acceptance testing
- You analyze the underlying data e.g. customers, accounts, transactions or alerts and provide reports, risk analysis and suggest improvements
- You drive the automation via RPA (Robotic Process Automation) together with Compliance experts and colleagues from Smart Automation
- You support the prioritization of the product requirements by considering needs of the Financial Sanctions Department aligning scope and implementation time
- You are the connecting link between business needs related to sanctions and proper IT solutions

***Your core competencies**:

- Knowledge and interest in regulatory requirements related to Financial Sanctions
- Openness for new technologies used in the product and IT as well as data analysis capabilities with an IT affinity
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
- You have skills in SQL languages
- Willingness to become an expert on Financial Sanction, Customer and Transaction Screening

- SEPA format and SWIFT Know-How e.g. MT/MX-Format or Sanction Testing
- BAE/NetReveal Watchlist Management, Screening/Detection Rule know-how
