As the Resident Manager at Milestone Living by Tribera, you'll play a pivotal role in managing property operations, enhancing the resident experience, and driving business success at one of our premier locations.

**W**hat You'll Do**:

Customer Acquisition & Marketing**: Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to implement local sales and marketing strategies, and identify local partners to strengthen the MILESTONE by Tribera brand experience.
- **Customer Care & Retention**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through community building, prompt response to resident inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a stable living environment.
- **Facility Management**: Work closely with external suppliers and the Corporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of the property.
- **Operational Reporting**: Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, adhering to MILESTONE’s business compliance guidelines.
- **Quality & Safety**: Implement quality management measures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure residents’ safety through regular drills and access control.

**Your profile**:
**What We're Looking For**:

Experience**: At least 1 year of experience at MILESTONE or 2-5 years in a similar hospitality management role such as Resident Manager, Front Office Manager, or Room Division Manager.
- **People Skills**: A strong ability to work with diverse teams and create a positive, collaborative environment for both residents and colleagues.
- **Attention to Detail**: A high level of precision and organizational skills with a strong affinity for administrative tasks and data management.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluency Dutch in (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), with additional languages a plus.
- **Leadership**: Proven experience in leading teams, with the ability to drive performance and provide training and support.

- The monthly gross salary for this full-time position starts at €2.215. A competitive salary increase is possible based on your qualifications and experience
