**Project Manager for building technology and technical infrastructure f/m/d**:
We are looking for a committed and innovative project manager in the field of building services engineering and technical infrastructure who will accompany our technical projects from planning to implementation with passion and expertise. If you have a structured way of working, strong communication skills and an affinity for technical challenges, then you've come to the right place

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Independent management of technical projects from the definition of requirements through planning to handover, with a focus on quality, adherence to deadlines and cost efficiency
- Development and implementation of innovative concepts for technical infrastructure and building technology in close cooperation with internal and external partners
- Analyzing and evaluating technical requirements to develop reliable and sustainable solutions
- Responsibility for the project budget, monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with legal and technical standards
- Coordinating tenders, checking offers and awarding contracts Preparation and presentation of project reports and documentation of project data**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparable) with a focus on building services engineering, electrical/energy engineering or a related field, or comparable professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in managing and implementing technical projects, preferably in the building and infrastructure sector
- Professional experience in project management, particularly in the coordination of technical infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication skills, both in a national and international context and in a multicultural corporate environment
- Structured, independent, proactive way of working with a high level of initiative
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel for business purposes to the extent of 10 percent (possible worldwide)

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €65,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
