**Payroll Accountant (f/m/d)**

We are looking for reinforcement in the area of payroll accounting for our HR team. In this responsible position, you will work together with your colleagues in a great team and advise on all questions regarding labour, social security and payroll tax law. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, whereby a minimum of 34 hours is desirable.

Your Tasks
- Carrying out the monthly payroll accounting for workers & employees of the group companies
- Processing of entry and exit procedures incl. Reporting
- Independent execution of monthly and year-end closing tasks incl. reporting & reports
- Maintenance of personnel master data, user administration and authorisation management in existing systems
- Independent preparation of various reports and statistics
- Close coordination with the specialist departments and their advice
- Correspondence with public offices and authorities and preparation of various reports
- Administration of holidays, sick leave, entries and exits as well as ongoing time recording
- Reconciliation of ÖGK contribution accounts & handling of clearing cases
- Collaboration in the processing of wage tax audits
- Collaboration in the optimisation, further development and digitalisation of processes in payroll accounting (time & salary, master administration)

Your Profile
- Successfully completed personnel accounting examination (labour law examination an advantage)
- First professional experience in payroll accounting or in a tax consultancy firm
- DPW Sage knowledge
- Good MS Office skills and digital competence
- Team spirit, personal commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- High sense of responsibility & interest in further development
- Solution-oriented, committed, collegial and numerate personality
- Structured, proactive and accurate way of working with attention to detail
- Strong willingness to work in a team

Our Offer
