**My duties**
- Responsibility for business deveopment, M&A activities and strategic growth of the company
- Identification of new business opportunities on the Austrian market to increase market share
- Prepare and coordinate financial reports, budgets and forecasts
- You are the Sparring Partner to the majority stakeholders and steer decision making processes in the management board
- Implementation of a managerial reporting tool and improvement of internal processes
- Proactive people management and development of the team

**My qualifications**
- Profound experience in M&A transactions and integration processes (either from cooperate, investment banking or consulting side)
- Experience in business development and project management
- Proven track record in leadership and development of teams
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- Background in or touchpoints with healthcare industry would be a plus

**Salary details**
- The compensation for this position is at least 110.000 € gross per year. An overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
