Managing Director - Data Center Business, Continental Europe Location: Stuttgart, Germany Base pay range Direct message the job poster from LVI Associates A leading global engineering and construction firm is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its rapidly growing data center business across Continental Europe. This is a high-impact strategic role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing operations, business development, and client delivery for hyperscale and enterprise data center projects. The company has a strong presence in Germany and is actively expanding into key European markets including Ireland, the UK, and Spain. The successful candidate will shape and execute the regional strategy in alignment with global objectives, drive growth through strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of largescale missioncritical infrastructure projects. This includes managing crossfunctional teams across engineering, construction, commercial, and operations, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and profitability. The role also involves representing the company in industry forums and regulatory engagements, and building longterm relationships with major hyperscale and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, a proven track record in leading complex, multicountry operations, and the leadership skills to foster a highperformance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
