Ihre Aufgaben

Als Director Solutions haben Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Business Line Solutions mit den Schwerpunkten Pre-Sales und Solutionsarchitektur bei Neu
- und Bestandskunden. Die Rolle umfasst folgende Aufgabenfelder:
- Eine maßgebliche Verantwortung liegt darin unsere strategische Ausrichtung als Managed Service Provider am Markt zu repräsentieren.
- Sie übersetzen die Unternehmensstrategie erfolgreich in die Ausrichtung der Organisation.
- Neben strategischen Agenden sind Sie in wichtige Kundensituationen und -projekte involviert.
- Sie tragen die kaufmännische Gesamt
- und Führungsverantwortung für die Business Line.
- Als Teil des Management Teams berichten Sie direkt an den Managing Director und arbeiten eng mit den Directors der beiden anderen Business Lines (Sales und Services) zusammen.

Ihr Profil
- Sie können auf mehrjährige etablierte Führungserfahrung im IT Umfeld zurückgreifen und zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Kunden-, Lösungs
- und Serviceorientierung aus.
- Ausgeprägte Managementfähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und Vertriebsorientierung sind Schlüsselkompetenzen für diese Position.
- Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie mit Ihrer hohen sozialen Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Netzwerkfähigkeit.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Umsetzungsstärke aus.

Gehaltsspanne Minimum € 100.000

Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene jährliche Bruttogehalt liegt bei (mind.) € 100.000 - eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
