Daher suchen wir: 1 Assistant to Managing Director_in / Management Board & Office Manager_in (m/w/d) Aufgaben: Als Assistant to Managing Director_in/ Management Board & Office Manager_in unterstützt du das Eurowings Europe Management Bord bei der Terminkoordination, Reisemanagement sowie allen administrativen Aufgaben. Des Weiteren bist du für den reibungslosen Office-Betrieb verantwortlich. - Terminkoordination des Managing Directors sowie des gesamten Management Boards
- Unterstützung des Management Boards bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Reiseplanung des Management Boards inkl.

Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Abrechnungsaufgaben/Kostenfreigaben, Kostenrückerstattung der Mitarbeiter_innen
- Schnittstelle zu anderen Gesellschaften
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter_in
- Office Management sowie Organisation der gesamten Büroinfrastruktur
- Vorbereitung Meetings und den dafür notwendigen Unterlagen
- Erledigung der allgemeinen telefonischen und schriftlichen Korrespondenz
- Organisation von Konferenzen und Sitzungen und Meetings (IT Equipment,..)Voraussetzungen: - Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HLW) oder Ähnliches
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, Konzernerfahrung von Vorteil
- Du hast Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein professionelles Auftreten
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du bist empathisch, kommunikativ und hast ein souveränes Auftreten
- Du verfügst über fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse
