- To support our mission to build a
- **digital bank with human touch **, we are looking for a professional with strong human-centred design track record, who will take the responsibility of the Service Designer Leader. In this role you are part of CX & Design team and focus on shaping the service design agenda to empower the retail organisation to create winning value propositions, solve customers’ specific issues, improve efficiency of delivering products and services, and above all ensure a coherent customer experience across all touchpoints and platforms.
- You align business, tech and design to foster growth and impact of our products and services and create tools and systems with CX & design team, retail digital transformation team to enable, scale & sustain service design implementation and use.
- You partner with PaaS Group Product Owners, Customer Experience (CX) & Design team, Retail Transformation team members, CX & Design leaders across RBI’s units across CEE markets to develop customer-centric value propositions by ensuring customers’ needs are captured and met through the entire end-to-end journey.

- Mastery of the human-centred design process, incl. research, analysis, synthesis, prototyping
- Ability to design at various levels of details, from interactions and touchpoints to products and services and end-to-end journeys
- Ability to transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into well-articulated, tangible solution ideas with a strong problem-solving mindset and craft excellence
- A creative approach that strives for value creation for customers, for employees and business
- A systems-oriented mindset, with an appetite to dig into complex design challenges
- Depth in at least one practice area: experience strategy, service design, interaction design, visual design or research design

**What are the “musts”?**
- At least 6+ years of relevant design experience in digital products, specifically in consumer facing platforms, preferably in service design, UX, research design
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude in service design methods & familiarity with scrum framework
- Experience with Figma, Sketch and Miro, etc.
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles
- Great understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling and design craft
- Strategic and purposeful in making design decisions and doing that by integrating user, business and technical considerations into the design process
- Stellar communication design skills and polished presentation skills
