**Job Type**: Full-time - 12 months fixed term contract (Commencing Early 2026)

**Job Summary**:
Are you an Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, or a Physiotherapy Graduate—or graduating in 2026? Join our passionate Community Aged Care team and kick-start your career with confidence. **About the Role**:As a new graduate you’ll be supported to**:

- Conduct customer assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
- Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation needs
- Focus on customer goals and functional abilities to maximise independence and well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and engage in professional development activities
- Help clients navigate changes in function and stay safe and independent at home
- Learn and contribute to innovative projects in technology-enabled care

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Current AHPRA registration (ESSA Accreditation for Exercise Physiology)
- Passion for enhancing the health and wellness of older adults through evidence-based services
- Genuine interest in aged care and a passion for helping older adults live well
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and feedback
- Proactive approach to service and professional development
- Current driver's license and access to a registered and insured motor vehicle
- Satisfactory National Criminal History Check for Aged Care less than 12 months old
