**Your team**

You’ll be part of a growing international team of platform enablement and developer relations professionals. Together we proactively promote, onboard, and enable developers to understand, adopt, and contribute to the Dynatrace Platform.

We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to planning, creating, and maintaining content and documentation to ensure a first-class onboarding and learning experience for our developer end-users, centered around our ever-growing Dynatrace Developer portal.

**The Dynatrace Platform is at the heart of Dynatrace** - it’s where all the magic happens, and it’s what allows all other teams to develop solutions for their own use cases. What’s central to our platform is having an awesome user experience - which is driven by an intuitive design system, thoughtful UX patterns, and having clear, concise, and consistent content to guide our users. This also includes content that aids our developers in utilizing the Dynatrace AppEngine, and related technologies, to develop apps on top of Dynatrace.

**Your role**
- Help design and create tutorials and educational material for our developer audience.
- Immerse yourself in our Dynatrace platform, with technology including React, TypeScript, and observability data visualization.
- Be part of our cross-team content review process to ensure content quality and consistent style.
- Consult and help product managers and developer teams in writing content covering product features and developer use cases.
- Strive to understand how our customers think and speak to identify and establish useful, natural, and cohesive language and terminology across our platform.
- Ensure a unified voice across user experiences that’s confident, approachable, and empowering.
- Become a domain expert and proactively gather research and data to inform your decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of dedicated experience in content design for complex software products and systems — not only working on websites or advertising campaigns, and not only writing long-format content (like blog posts and technical documentation).
- Experience working with remote and international teams.
- Fluent in English, with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding and execution of design principles, accessibility, and content guidelines.
- Familiarity with design and content creation processes, user research and success metrics.
- Experience with content management systems, digital asset management systems, and user research tools (eg. Survey tools).
- Previous developer experience and familiarity with Github / Bitbucket is a bonus.

**Compensation and rewards**
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with **numerous benefits and advantages**.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 56,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
