**Job Description**:
**You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...**
- leading all internal and external UX/UI projects and being proactive in its further development
- developing and maintaining design system components (e.g. icons, user-flows, style guides)
- optimizing the customer journey on our website using Figma and WordPress
- understanding our product specifications and transforming them into appealing customer dashboards
- enhancing the overall customer journey throughout the marketing funnel
- working within a motivated team and bringing your own ideas to life

**Qualifications**:
**To connect with ecosio it is important to have...**
- several years of professional experience as an UI/UX designer
- completed higher education (preferably in UX/UI design, graphic design or similar specialisation)
- profound knowledge of Figma (and other design tools)
- the willingness to bring in your own ideas and optimization suggestions, and take ownership of UX/UI projects
- independent and autonomous way of working

**And nice to have...**
- experience in the B2B environment and interest in understanding our B2B target groups
- experience in agile software development

The minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement is 45.000€/year. Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
