OVERVIEW

THE CHELLENGE:
- Provide a dedicated point of contact for OS (Odds Services) product or services to internal teams and stakeholders.- Answer, coordinate, prioritize and manage the resolution of complaints and issues that are received by or referred to product management within given deadlines and SLAs- Develop and maintain relationships with managers and other colleagues from a variety of teams across Sportradar.- Ensure central support process are understood and followed within Odds Services.- Contribute to the development of OS product specifications and provide support in preparing RFPs, RFI and Tender activities.- Ensure OS product documentation are properly maintained and work with customer care teams on its optimization.- Assist in analyzing OS product requirements, improvements or any related actions based on incoming support cases and provide reports to the relevant stakeholders.- Analyze and coordinate OS product related activities to meet or exceed customer needs.- Provide ideas and assist in OS product requirement assessment, developments and enhancements.- Assist in risk assessment, coordination and mitigation activities.- Optimize processes and communication to achieve product quality and productivity in close cooperation with Customer Care, Trading and Engineering.- Schedule meetings to discuss about product issues, known problems and ideas for improvement with the relevant stakeholders and teams.- Proactively perform product inspections to identify and rectify any issues.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Work experience in a similar role of minimum 2+ years- Highly independent and self-driven personality- You are able to collaborate with various business and betting stakeholders- Prior work experience and interest in the betting and trading industry- Proficiency in English, German skills are a plus
