As Global Product Specialist Stepper/BLDC Motors you will contribute to long-term profitable growth of our motors offering in our PG Controls. The scope in this Job will be especially motors for cost-effective solutions, like stepper and brushless DC motors. Therefore, you will closely work with our Product Management team by managing it through all its life cycle phases, according to market needs and the product strategy and targets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsibility on supporting the products throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Active support and presentation at customer meetings in close interaction with our sales team.
- Preparation of market requirements for current and future technologies based on market analysis and regular meetings with partners and customers.
- You will closely cooperate with our R&D as well as with strategic suppliers to introduce new products and accelerate market adoption of existing products.

**Your background**:

- Technical degree and/or other profound experience related to electrical motor solutions.
- Solid technical background and competences in electrical motor solutions.
- Hands-on mentality, determination and persistence.
- Ability to work across all company departments with a focus on Sales and R&D units.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
- Flexibility to travel up to 20%.
