- Als Produktmanager für unsere Pick-to-Light Systeme und der Reusables Management Solution bist du der kompetente und zuverlässige Experte und das Bindeglied zwischen Verkauf, Projektierung, Entwicklung und Service
- Du erstellst die Anforderungen für die Entwicklung und begleitest bestehende Produkte und Logistiklösungen auf dem Markt
- Du arbeitest mit an Lösungen im Bereich Maschinenbau/Mechanik, den Steuerungs
- und Bedienkonzepten und verbesserst laufend das Produkt
- Du begleitest das Produkt von der Idee über die Entwicklung, Markteinführung bis zum Kundenservice
- Du bereitest Markt
- und Mitbewerbsanalysen auf, erstellst die strategischen Planungsdokumente für dein Produkt und bist verantwortlich für Kennzahlen und das Produkt-Controlling
- Du arbeitest standortübergreifend innerhalb der KNAPP-Gruppe, mit externen Partnern und unterstützt aktiv in allen Phasen von Kundenprojekten
- Du managst den Innovationsprozess und verwaltest die Entwicklungsbudgets
- Die aktive Unterstützung von Vertrieb, Marketing und Einkauf rundet deine Aufgabe als Produktexperte ab

- Du besitzt Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und Requirements Engineering
- Du hast eine Affinität zu Mechatronik und ein gutes Vorstellungsvermögen für physische Prozesse
- Du bist kommunikativ, selbstbewusst und bringst ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative mit
- Technische und soziale Kompetenz in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Eine ausgeprägte Markt
- und Lösungsorientierung zeichnen dich aus
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie Reisen (ca. 20%) sind für dich kein Problem

Wir bieten dir fachliche und persönliche Weiterbildungsprogramme sowie die Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team, in dem die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Begeisterung für die Umsetzung von Ideen willkommen sind. Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto 2.775,36 pro Monat. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
