**Your tasks**:
- Support the continuous improvement on internal tools and processes
- Support the collaboration room, JIRA platform, documentation
- Support internal analysis tasks and exercises
- Support the daily service management process and cooperation with our counterparts
- Support in weekly and monthly reporting
- Cooperating with an international team
- Work in agile setup
***Your profile**:
- **Studies**: currently pursuing studies in a relevant field or at School42
- **Personality**: you are a team-player with good communication skills
- **Communication**: Fluency in English, German is a nice to have
