**Your Profile**:

- University education (ideally with a focus on real estate) or 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experienced in analysis and cost optimization
- Fluent in German and English
- High affinity for numbers
- Team player with a proactive mindset

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support and guidance to local asset management
- Performance analysis and cost optimization (operating costs, maintenance, investments) as well as coordination of measures for cost optimization with local asset management
- Optimization of operational business activities and processes
- Support tender for service provider tenders and quality management
- Customer surveys and monitoring of customer satisfaction
- Monitoring energy efficiency and support of green building initiatives
- Reporting & analysis of operational KPIs

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 2.800 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
