We are seeking a colleague, who will be an enthusiastic and creative team player; with the ability to envision the big picture and the willingness to also learn about and contribute to other expert areas for our product to be successful. If you are ready to take responsibility and grow with us, then we are looking for you as Project Management Assistant (M/F/x) in our office in Vienna

**In this role, you will**
- actively support our project management team in its daily tasks and challenges
- provide information on timing of processes as well as coordinate and schedule appointments
- assist us in the project planning and contract management
- be in charge of shipment, e.g. creation of documents and forms (packing List, invoice, labels,...)
- contribute to the installation of technology solutions and upgrades at clients with scheduling appointments, travels and providing the right documents
- organise and coordinate onsite and offsite trainings
- take care of the internal communication with System Engineering, Support and Development
- be in charge of the purchasing processes for the Hardware and Software area
- manage our licenses and invoices
- coordinate the transportation
- overtake general organizational tasks, e.g. mantaining lists, documentation and filing of documents,...
**You are a perfect match, if you have**
- successfully completed a bachelor's, master's or diploma degree in economics, or a degree with a technical focus
- first professional expertise in project management
- the ability to be a proactive and creative team player
- a talent in organization and coordination and being the helping hand to the team
- excellent written & verbal communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
- very good knowledge of MS Office tools
- a good technical understanding and know-how of related software tools is a plus
- excellent English and German language skills
