Your contribution will be:

- _**Responsibilities as Assistant to Director Austria (20h)**
- Coordinating of appointments, meetings and travel planning of the Director Austria
- Supporting in the preparation of internal and external documents such as the annual report
- Organising in a self-responsible manner and facilitating regular and irregular meetings of the team and affiliates e.g. team-meetings, leading-team meetings, planning meetings and similar
- Assisting the Director in preparing the board meetings and compiling minutes
- Providing support for budget plannings and accounting expenses
- Conducting other upcoming duties and responsibilities as assigned (e.g. events)

**Responsibilities as Project Manager Eulen
- und Greifvogelstation (EGS) (20h)**
- Line managing the Site Manager EGS and being a substitute in case of absence
- Serving as the main contact person within FOUR PAWS for all concerns related to EGS
- Developing, coordinating and implementing all relevant marketing and press activities with support of the Austrian Communication Team
- Creating new content for the website and social media together with Site Manager EGS
- Being responsible for administration, booking and finances, including the financial year-end-closing, compiling the tax deductability files and conduction the annual general assembly

Your profile ideally illustrates:

- reliable, with the ability of working independently and in a team
- Relevant professional experience in an assistant position
- Project management experience
- Excellent German and English skills spoken and written
- Good understanding of MS Office365
- Willingness to travel to EGS as well as drivers licence B
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
