In the field In the B2C Performance & Analytics, we lead data delivery efforts, define analytics requirements, participate in DWH cloud transformation, establish communication structures, and manage data projects to optimize performance and insights.
- Collaborate closely with our B2C area Stakeholders like Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams, as well as Data & Insights to ensure timely data delivery and alignment with B2C area objectives.
- Clarify and define analytics and reporting needs, understand data trends and patterns, prepare dashboards and reports to visualize data, and determine areas for improvement
- Lead the B2C perspective in the DWH cloud transformation project, guiding the transition towards a data-driven company and ensuring alignment with departmental goals
- Accompany data projects from a B2C perspective and ensure that the information provided meets the requirement of the department
- You are an experienced, passionate Data Analyst, preferably with experience from fields like Telecommunication, Banking, Finance, or IT?
- You have a passion for data & KPI‘s (data analysis & data visualization and experience with Oracle SQL and Tableau?
- You have an independent way of thinking, like to develop yourself further in your professional career and all that in perfect german?
