Principal Product Manager Growth, X-solution

Are you a fanatic about product-led growth? Do you bring a value-first mindset and love to influence others? In this role, you’ll work with Solution Leadership Teams and Growth PMs across solutions. Your key priority is maximizing the business outcomes of single solutions by ensuring a constant high-quality craft and flawless alignment across solutions.
- You enable Solution Leadership Teams (with a focus on Growth PMs) with the right craft, methodologies, and tools to ensure solutions autonomy while staying aligned across all solutions.
- You support solutions in defining what moves the needle and act as a champion for prioritization and relentless focus on business priorities.
- You act as a trusted advisor for solution teams and deliver hands-on support in strategic and tactical activities such as Business Planning, analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback from field teams and users, and the introduction of product increments.
- You charter and execute Growth Initiatives across solutions and functions that yield significant business impact.
- You influence the team’s business acumen and evangelize data-driven decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- You gained several years of related work experience in the IT industry, for example, Product Management, Software Product Design, UX Design, or an equivalent combination of transferable experience and education.
- You have a good understanding of sales cycles and up
- and cross-selling in Enterprise SaaS environments and can separate between buyer and user personas.
- You have validated conceptual and analytical skills and are fluent in analytics, usability tests, user interviews, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- You understand the market’s requirements, and your capabilities engender confidence that assignments are on track and in line with our business strategy.
- You can break through organizational boundaries and are persistent in navigating through a complex and dynamic environment without losing focus.

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 80,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a** higher salary** in line with qualifications and experience.
