**Responsibilities**:

- Independent legal counsel for Anton Paar GmbH and its international subsidiaries in day-to-day operations Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international contracts
- Legal support for projects and business transactions of varying scope and complexity
- Advising on corporate and commercial law matters, particularly in connection with company formations and M&A activities
- Developing group-wide legal standards and policies

Your profile:

- Completed university degree in a relevant field (Law, Business Law)
- In-depth knowledge of international contract and commercial law
- At least three years of professional experience as Legal Counsel in an industrial company or a commercial law firm
- Ability to identify and assess legal risks, develop practical solutions, and implement them with legal precision
- Technical understanding and basic knowledge of IP law are an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong negotiation skills and advisory competence
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution orientation, social intelligence, and a hands-on attitude

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €4.400 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
