Legal Counsel

Location: Graz, Austria

A leading global logistics provider is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This organisation delivers comprehensive intralogistics solutions designed to improve the efficiency and sustainability of warehousing, picking, and transport processes across a diverse range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and updating a variety of contractual documents and templates.
  • Independently leading and managing international contract negotiations.
  • Advising senior management, sales teams, and account managers on legal matters and contractual documentation.
  • Acting as the point of contact for external legal advisers.
  • Working collaboratively with internal departments across the business.
  • Delivering legal training sessions to commercial staff.
  • Supporting the harmonisation and standardisation of legal frameworks across global operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or Business Law.
  • 3 to 5 years' relevant professional experience, ideally within the legal or contracts department of an international company or within a commercial law firm.
  • Strong expertise in international commercial and contract law.
  • Knowledge of IT law and digital regulatory matters is advantageous.
  • Confident user of MS Office and other digital tools.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical abilities, with a structured and proactive approach to work.
