Your new responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts and miscellaneous other legal documents, mainly related to supply agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements and other sales related contracts
- Reviewing and negotiating R&D related agreements
- Management of litigation and arbitration proceedings
- Supporting legal operational aspects in connection with M&A activities
- Point of contact for legal matters in the EMEA region
- Training and enforcing adherence to contract review procedures and other relevant guidelines
- Coordination of and interaction with outside law firms

What we look for
- 3-5 years working experiences as Attorney at Law and/or Inhouse Counsel
- Legal degree from an Austrian university; Evidence of bar exam competency of advantage
- LLM or similar postgraduate degree of advantage
- Fluent in English; Additional languages of advantage
- Proactive team player able to present practical solutions to meet management needs
- Computer skills: MS Office; Legal Contract Management tool and SAP knowledge of advantage
