Für unsere Stakeholdern, leitest und koordinierst kommerzielle Projekte eigenverantwortlich und führst diese mit Deinem Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerischen denken zum Erfolg. Als Teil eines starken Einkaufsteams unterstützt Du zudem die Gestaltung und Optimierung aller relevanten Einkaufsprozesse.

Als **Indirect Purchasing Manager** bist Du verantwortlich für:

- Selbstständige Lieferantenauswahl, Vergleich von Angeboten und technische Prüfung sowie Anforderungsspezifikation
- Beschaffung von Gütern und Dienstleistungen aus den Bereichen IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Verwaltung
- Optimierung und kontinuierliche Anpassung der Einkaufsprozesse
- Verhandlung mit Lieferanten und Service-Dienstleistern (Verträge, Preise, Angebote)
- Optimierung von Leitlinien und Prozessen innerhalb der Purchasing-Landschaft
- Beratung der Fachabteilungen bezügliche kaufmännischer Themen
- Zentraler Kontaktpunkt für Dienstleister zu vertragsrelevanten Themen
- Vertragsanalysen hinsichtlich Effizienzpotenziale, Risiken und anzuwendenden Verfahren

**Qualifications**:

- Mind. 2-jährige nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Einkauf / Vertragsmanagement, idealerweise im heterogenen Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse von Einkaufsprozessen und Vertragsrecht
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, diplomatische Gesprächsführung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kostenbewusstsein
- Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
