Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.We are strengthening our Product Management team and looking for a Product Manager to work alongside the Segment Lead for our Video Platform. The Video Platform comprises both Roadside products (Cameras and Illuminators) and Video Analytics products with a strong Machine Learning and Data Focus (Object Detection, Tracking and Classification, Automatic Number Plate Recognition). The Video Platform is delivered into our Tolling, Traffic Management and Demand Management Solutions and we are aiming to enable new markets. We create sustainable mobility for highways and cities, improving quality of transportation while contributing to a healthy world without congestion.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work alongside Product Management Segment Lead for the Video Platform, close collaboration with Product Owners and with many stakeholders throughout the organization
- Manage both operational and strategic topics together
- Market research, business models, project and product business, pricing, sales and marketing strategy
- Assessment of suppliers and partners, due-diligence support for M&A activities
- Business thinking is key - optimizing current business, exploring and growing new business

**Your profile**:

- You have experience as a Product manager, Product Owner or Projectmanager with both technical and business focus
- You have modern product management skills for rapidly changing, complex and uncertain markets, B2B and B2G focus
- Strong team player, global mindset, hands-on engagement - winning by collaboration and motivation, not by authority
- Excellent communication across seniority levels and with people of different educational and cultural backgrounds
- Finding disruptive, simple solutions to complex problems
- Beneficial: Domain experience in Traffic technology, Cloud / Data products, Cameras and Video Analytics, Electronics products (HW and embedded SW)
- Excellent English
