**Head of Enterprise Customer Experience (m/w/d)**:
**Dein Verantwortungsbereich**
- Sicherstellen und Mitwirken eines funktionsfähigen Kundenservice
- Mitwirken bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Verbesserung des Kundenservice entsprechend den aktuellen Markt
- und Kundenanforderungen
- Wahrnehmung der Kostenstellenverantwortung für das eigene Team
- Disziplinarisches und fachliches Führen sowie Qualifizieren, Entwickeln und Motivieren der organisatorisch zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
- Mitwirken bei Projekten sowie ggf. Leiten von Teilprojekten mit fachspezifischem Themenbezug

**Das bringst du mit**
- Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikationen
- Führungserfahrung (interne und externe Servicestrukturen)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Abteilung im Back-Office-Bereich
- Erfahrung im Kundensupport
- Kenntnisse aus dem Umfeld elektronische Kartenzahlung wünschenswert
- Deutsch fließend und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
