We are looking for a truly passionate, charismatic and customer-centric personality who is willing to shape and build up a completely new function/ department and energetically drive Chiesi the most admired customer-centric organization in the Pharma sector.

Your location is preferably Vienna, but it could also be in one of our CEE affiliates.

Your Tasks

Act as coordinator and project leader for all Customer Experience (CX)-related topics
Establish regional CX strategy and guidelines (e.g. customer journey mapping)
Act as interface between CEE affiliates and Corporate; transfer local specifics of the CEE affiliates to Corporate (e.g. Building Bridges program); point of reference for and close collaboration with Corporate
Your Profile

Master Degree in Business Administration or Economics
Several years of experience in Marketing or related positions in an international customer-centric (consulting) company
Some practical experience in a customer facing function/ sales is an advantage
High affinity to IT tools and implementation, digital mindset
Fluent in English
Excel and PowerPoint advanced user knowledge
