**With us you will be responsible for**
- offering companionship for teams, processes, and changes
- coaching and accompanying of teams in their agile way of working and methods (Scrum, Kanban) internally and at our customers
- introduction and improvement of our agile processes on team and organizational level
- facilitation and moderation of workshops, assessments, and meetings
- moderation of conflict situations, decisions and solution finding
- consulting our customers in manufacturing regarding data management
- support of developing our strategies for digital futures and new visions
- identifying new business ideas

**We expect you to have**
- experience with companionship of teams, in facilitation and moderation
optionally a Scrum certification
- experience in change management and organizational development is advantageous
- a consulting attitude and the ability to handle discussions in German and English

- empathic, communicative and you have a high attitude for conflict resolution
- proactive, you have an agile mindset, the urge to constantly improve the how in the teamwork and create a common understanding
- taking ownership of your results and delivered quality and passionately drive execution to add customer value

- a salary of minimum EUR 3.190,00. The actual salary depends on your experience and qualification.
