Strukturierung von Investment-Produkten auf Basis der herausragenden Development-Pipeline von SORAVIA
- Eigenständige Erstellung von ansprechenden Teasern/Kurzprofilen und Informationsmemoranden, sowie diversen Entscheidungs
- und Präsentationsunterlagen
- Aufbereitung und Analyse von potenziellen Investment
- und Fondsprodukten sowie dazu korrespondierende Marktanalyse
- Erstellung von Cashflow Darstellungen und Investitionsanalysen auf Fonds
- und Projektebene
- Unterstützung in der Durchführung von Due Diligence Prozessen und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern (Anwälte, Berater, etc.) auf Projekt
- (Immobilien und Unternehmen) sowie Fondsebene
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaft
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in der Immobilienbranche oder in den Bereichen Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity oder Strategieberatung und/oder eine fachspezifische Immobilienausbildung
- Absolut erforderlich sind ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit mit selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
