**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:

- As a (Senior) Retail Operations Manager (M/F/d), you plan, coordinate and contribute to the retail marketing plans, updating and redevelopmeing of existing retail marketing events and plans
- You are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the sale of products and services in global retail markets.
- You play a key role in managing and promoting the brand image and identity in global retail operations. eg. developing brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand message across different markets.
- You collaborate with retail teams to develop effective merchandising strategies and concepts. This includes planning product assortments, optimizing product placement and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- You work closely with cross-functional teams. This includes coordinating product launches, promotions, and sales support activities.
- You monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, customer engagement, and marketing ROI. You prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience and success in retail marketing
- In-depth understanding of the retail industry and current market trends
- Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to make business-oriented decisions
- Experience in managing and strengthening brand identity and positioning
- Knowledge visual merchandising, and in-store promotions
- Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Teamwork and the ability to collaborate with various departments
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches
- High level of initiative and self-organization
