We are looking for a motivated **International **Business Demand Coordinator (M/F/d) **for our international ERP rollouts at our MM Packaging plants.

**Your Role**:

- You identify, analyse and specify business requirements, propose existing concepts to fit their needs and validate technical feasibility of their processes for our new divisional business solution (MS Dynamics D365/MES - manufacturing execution system)
- You have the understanding of processes and technologies in the global packaging industry to improve it
- You're the first contact between users and IT and responsible for mapping the processes in the system regarding integrations or change requests
- Testing of the functionalities before implementation and support KeyUsers during trainings in the pre-rollout phase is in your responsibility
- You execute and support the coordination of the roll out process of our D365/MES based solution on the shopfloor
- You support the implementation of the group-wide solution and assist with the rollout in all our approx. 60 packing plants, users & processes
- The handover to the local organization is in your hands

**Your Profile**:

- You have completed your economic and/or technical studies
- You gained relevant professional experience in production, integrated business processes and/or ERP systems
- You have a hands-on approach and analytical mindset
- You can easily structure different processes and optimize them
- You enjoy traveling (40%) and working in a project environment
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
