You will be part of a newly created cross functional team that focuses on analyzing and streamlining R&D Operations. In this team we are creating the base of our analytics to inspect our past and current investments. Your role will be to analyze and steer future investments/ expenditures.

Together, we are aiming for data driven decision-making and one of your key responsibilities will be to support top management with analysis, reports and presentations.

**Your Role**
- Analyze actual expenses of R&D and explain main drivers versus budget/ forecasts
- Develop, create, and realize ad hoc and standardized reports
- Specify and improve the standard reporting
- Support in creating a KPI oriented environment in collaboration with various stakeholders, e.g. HR, Recruiting, Development Directors
- Collaborate and liaise with Finance teams in US and GBP

**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**
- First professional experience in Business Informatics, Business Analysis, Financial Controlling, or something similar
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting
- Strong analytical skills and fast perception of interrelationships
- Aspiration to create excellent skills in Microsoft Office (in detail: Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an internationally distributed team
- Hands-on approach with the drive of automating processes (“problem solver mentality”)
- Basic programming skills (e.g. Python) are a plus
- Business fluent in English (C2), ideally also German

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 39,200 gross per year based on full-time employment (38,5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
