User Experience Designer Expert

As the IT of the REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 500 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade. You will find brand new cloud infrastructure in our IT team at the jö bonus club. As part of an international team, you will have the opportunity to learn from excellent quality engineers and to bring in new inputs. The position is a full-time position; however it would be possible to work part-time from 30h/week.

**Job Description**:

- You work in interdisciplinary teams at the interface with users, product owners and developers and are in direct contact with all decisive stakeholders.
- You lead your product team through all phases of the design process.
- You are aware that good user experience already starts in the project specifications, and you feel comfortable in the company of the analysis teams. Here you support with your experience in requirement engineering from a UX designer's point of view.
- You integrate user experience and design work on the product in agile working models and work closely with development, reacting quickly to emerging tasks and designing live in the user workshop with all stakeholders. You also provide support during development sprints.
- You identify potentials in the use of our systems, increase usability and improve the user experience.
- You have experience in conducting user tests, their evaluation and documentation, of any kindYou design digital systems, products, services, and apps responsively or adaptively in close collaboration with users.
- Together with the entire IT team, you produce roadmaps, ideas, visions, solution approaches, reports, and concepts with equal understanding of all parties.

**Qualifications**:

- You are proficient in all common UI tools and UX methods.
- You are used to working according to design systems, have already supervised them and are not afraid to take responsibility for the system in case of doubt.
- You establish requirements for the design system in your product teams and teach retroactively about innovations.
- In the best case, you have a degree in design. We also welcome career changers with comparable qualifications.
- Your strengths and interests lie in UX design, also the creation of interface designs and prototypes is meditation for you.
- You also enjoy and are talented in project management, can handle virtual whiteboards, inspire teams, lead workshops and love to communicate.
- You bring interpersonal and persuasive skills, enjoy working in agile teams, and know how to bring the best ideas to light through collaboration.
- You may even already have knowledge of product development processes in logistics and merchandise management.
- You show a high level of commitment and flexibility. An independent, accurate and goal-oriented way of working characterizes you.
