**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:
- As a Quality Manager (M/F/d) at waterdrop® you support the Product Development Team in the ongoing daily product development process.
- You are responsible for developing and defining the quality procedures, standards, and specifications for our accessories.
- You ensure that the manufacturing or production processes comply with national as well as international standards.
- You organize external TUV SUD laboratory tests and maintain our ERP system by entering product documents and information daily.
- You implement and maintain a control and documentation procedure for all samples and ensure the appropriate labeling and storage of these.
- You organize and coordinate internal tests of our microdrinks, evaluate them and prepare reports.
- You are in close cooperation with other teams such as Operations and Waterdrop Technologies and you report directly to the Senior Product Development Manager as well as the Chief Design Officer.
**Your strengths and qualifications**:
- You either have a degree in quality management with more than 2 years of relevant professional experience and/or can demonstrate more than 4 years of relevant professional experience in a similar professional environment.
- You have an eye for detail, you are an absolute organizational talent, and always keep track of things.
- You are known as a "troubleshooter", with the ability to manage and drive issues to closure in a global organization.
- You consider efficient communication to be one of your core competencies and you are known for your talent to drive project completion.
- You are a calm person, that loves working operational and has a strong hands-on mentality.
- You are fluent in English in oral and written form, German as well as Russian is a plus.
