**The Red Bulletin liefert Geschichten über Menschen, die Außergewöhnliches leisten, sich jenseits der Norm bewegen, ihre Grenzen austesten und leidenschaftlich nach Abenteuern suchen und dabei neue Wege beschreiten. Ein Magazin über die Welt von Red Bull und ihre vielen Playgrounds.**

Als Project Manager Media Planning bist du dafür verantwortlich, Medien
- und Aktivierungsstrategien selbständig zu erstellen. Du kümmerst dich um Produktion und Projektmanagement von Specials und Podcast Projekten im Rahmen der Marke The Red Bulletin. Dazu gehört alles von Budget, Vertrieb, Kampagnenmanagement bis zum Themenkalender und den Timings. Ebenso liegt der Publishing-Support mit anderen Ländern und Reporting in deiner Zuständigkeit.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT**
- Du hast ein Gespür für Social Media Content, erstellst und überarbeitest Assets für die unterschiedlichen Social Media Kanäle und interne Plattformen (Mediaplanet, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Media Planung, auch für Paid Kampagnen und bist in der Lage, budgetäre Einschätzungen für diverse Stakeholder zu treffen.
- Du kannst mit Storytellern, Agenturen und Kunden gut zusammenarbeiten, Briefings erstellen, Timelines im Blick behalten und Werbeintegrationen (vor allem im Audiobereich) vorantreiben.

**CHANNEL MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT**
- Du hörst gerne Podcasts und bewegst dich trittsicher auf Social Media.
- Du beobachtest laufend aktuelle Trends im Podcast-Bereich und Content-Bereich, beachtest Entwicklungen bei digitalen Kanälen und Medien, erkennst Potentiale und findest kreative Lösungen im Paid, Owned sowie Earned Bereich. Dabei behältst du KPIs (Timings und Budget) ebenso im Auge wie die Needs unserer Marke und Storytelling.

**PROJEKT MANAGEMENT/ ORGANISATION**
- Du bist Teil des Headquarter-Teams in Wien. Wir agieren als Kommunikations-Gatekeeper für die internationalen Märkte und geben Guidance sowie einen All-Around-Support für alle Publishing Themen.
- Du bist gut organisiert und arbeitest strukturiert - in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team, den Redaktionen und verschiedenen Abteilungen.
- Ebenso bringst du eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit und bist ein grandioser Teamplayer.

**Qualifikationen**:
Mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung

Studium an einer Universität bzw. Fachhochschule im Bereich Kommunikation/Neue Medien

Erfahrung im Erstellen von Podcast
- und Social-Media-Inhalten

Umgang mit Photoshop, Canva oder auch Adobe Audition ist ein Plus

Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift

Englisch verhandlungssicher

Hands-On-Mentalität, selbstständig, leistungsorientiert und gut organisiert

Kreativität und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Teamgeist sowie ein hohes Maß an Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.229;
- brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
