**What’s the Gig?**:
As our Technician, you'll be the superhero who keeps everything in tip-top shape. From fixing things that go bump in the night to making sure our spaces look fabulous, you'll be a key player in our hospitality dream team.
**You will have an impact on**:
- You will be working onsite with a small team of technicians, coordinating maintenance projects
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance in our many guest apartments in and around Vienna
- Setting up furniture, taking over minor maintenance and repair tasks
- Processing and handling tickets in our ticketing system
- Transparent and close cooperation with guests and an internal team of technicians and property managers
**What you will add**:
- Basic know-how in fixing stuff (electrical, plumbing, HVAC - you name it).
- Some hands-on maintenance experience is great, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are even better.
- Familiarity with working on a computer with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and systems
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Austria
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, working closely with guests, contractors & colleagues
Openness to occasionally work on weekends if needed
- A B driver's license is required
- Fluency in English, and German is a plus

For this position, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 2,800.00 full-time according to the collective agreement. According to qualifications and experience, there is the willingness to overpay.
