**Business Development Representative (f/m/d)**
**You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...**
- leading the charge to position ecosio in the DACH and UK market.
- being responsible for structured and systematic lead generation based on outbound activities and campaigning.
- researching like a truffle pig for important contact details, finding potential customers, generating initial touchpoints through social media, webinars, phone calls and the like.
- pre-qualifying leads to ensure ecosio’s offering fits with the prospect’s needs.
- nurturing prospects up to the point at which they can be handed over to the Account Management team using automation as well as a personalized approach.
- coming up with new lead generation ideas and implementing them in cooperation with your team lead and team.
**Qualifications**:
**To connect with ecosio you have**
- a current or completed degree in business & economics or IT field. MUST HAVE
- first work experience in business development, customer success management or a similar role. MUST HAVE
- very good German and English skills. MUST HAVE
- the power of persuasion and the talent to win over your counterpart quickly. MUST HAVE
- enthusiasm for technical topics and the ability to market them competently. MUST HAVE
- a high level of self-confidence and you see yourself as a doer and driver of your own processes. SHOULD HAVE
- a high potential for frustration if the deals don't run as smoothly as hoped (life in sales begins at the end of your comfort zone ;)). SHOULD HAVE
- strong communication skills and reflected personality. SHOULD HAVE
- the ability to grasp IT concepts and technical contexts at a high level. NICE TO HAVE

The minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement is 36.000€/year. Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
