**Your tasks**:

- Shape the strategic roadmap of the tutor department by refining tools, processes and team setup
- Support and own cross-functional projects including running quantitative analyses and drawing insights
- Conceptualise processes, build tools and coordinate with global markets to successfully launch and implement new processes and initiatives

**Who you are**:

- 2-4 years experience working in a management / in-house consultancy or start
- / scale-up with a focus on strategic topics
- Strong analytical background and problem-solving mentality
- Excellent project management skills incl. Taking ownership of rebuilding processes from scratch
- Comfortability addressing and coordinating multiple stakeholders’ needs
