**Your key responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new portfolio of product categories for various food animal species and customer segments.
- Conduct market research to validate business potential and commercialize new categories in target markets.
- Analyze competitor intelligence to build strategic action plans for new portfolio of product categories.
- Coordinate with regional, operating units, and local markets to execute new product launches.
- Lead the commercial process with third-party collaborators, including establishing distributorships.
- Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams and key country field teams to set up strategic go-to-market partnerships.

**You bring**
- 7 years of marketing and business development expertise in the global animal nutrition and or health industry
- Strong business background and interest in commercial business development, marketing concepts, and solution selling environment
- MS or PhD or DVM in animal science is highly preferable
- Deeply understands Species markets, nutrition or health needs and business drivers
- Strategic and Operational Marketing
- Analytical skills
- Dealing with different levels of complexity (depending on the species)
- Excellent communication at all levels in English, any other language is a plus
