**PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER **(**M/F/d**)**

Be an enthusiastic and well organized self-starter with good time management skills and at least 2 years experience in performance marketing. You’ve built and greatly expanded advertising strategies, gone beyond the standard tools and driven meaningful growth. Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking software is a bonus.

As our future performance marketing manager you are passionate about digital marketing and lower funnel strategies. You will build and expand conversion strategies within the digital environment and consult our clients to ensure the growth and a positive return on investment.

**REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be the main contact point for the client and keep track of the budgets and client’s KPIs
- Define conversion-driven strategies and take care of media plan creation, booking, implementation, ad set up, keyword lists, copy adaptions, daily optimizations, new user journeys and reporting
- Plan, budget, execute and lead campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and other media platforms with a strong focus on the lower funnel (conversions)
- Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
- Perform various A/B tests and ROAS/ROI optimizations to increase the performance and maximize conversions
- Analyze and report on performance and efficiency, share learnings from testing, find new opportunities to grow and ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy
- Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Communicative, organized and solution-oriented personality with an analytical mindset
- You are a team player but on the same time able to take action and work independently
- Excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing
- Min. 2 years of experience in performance marketing
