Gaming has become a major focus for Red Bull. With our growing involvement and dedication, we are a leading brand and are perceived as the beverage for gamers.

We are developing collaborations with game developers and publishers around the world, unlocking opportunities for in-game integration, co-marketing activations, event organization or support, access to IP or content production. We also partner with some of the biggest esports events in the world. The Gaming and Esports Manager will lead all our relationships with the video game industry.

**Relationship Management**

In this role you’ll own and manage publisher, developer and platform holder relations in close cooperation with the Global Head of Gaming & Esports. You’ll be handling the day-to-day relation with different publishers on video game and esports topics. This means you’ll be responsible to ensure integration in several of the worlds biggest esports events as well as in several video games each year and Red Bull assets in key marketing materials of the game publisher. Furthermore, you’ll manage, establish and own global partnerships so our Red Bull Media Network team can create content on owned and 3rd party platforms.

**Marketing**

You’ll be responsible to support the Red Bull Brand Marketing Team in the creation of brand marketing assets around gaming. Furthermore, you’ll also coordinate the licensing of Red Bull assets to be integrated into video games and develop new projects and concepts around gaming. Your area of responsibility includes leading and managing a Graduate (Trainee).

**Countries**

In this exiting role you’ll be working with various internal and external stakeholder and will be the main point of contact for all enquiries concerning the topics around publishers. You’ll manage, support & give feedback to countries working with publishers, developers, platform holders.

**Update the **Organization**

You’ll help with regular reports and presentations to share achievements and updates with the organization.

**Negotiating**

One part of the job is to negotiate and implement partnership deals.

**Qualifications**:
Meaningful work experience (4+ years) in the gaming and esports industry and a strong understanding of gaming and esports landscape

Excellent people skills

Strategic thinking and experience in managing game projects

Creative, innovative, and open-minded team player who is motivated and ready to take on this opportunity

Hands-on mentality and good communication skills

Natural with numbers and Entrepreneurial spirit

**Additional Information**:

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,181 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
