**Employer's Job Description**:
The Manager, Application and Integration Development position is classified within the MSEA Supervisory Services Unit range 27. The required minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, software design or related field and 6+ years of related work experience. A combination of training and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education on a year-for-year basis.

Required Technical Experience:

- Coding experience in more than one high-level language.
- Experience in Docker or other container management platforms.
- Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment models.
- Experience in container and software bill of materials security scanning and management.
- Experience in messaging software architecture utilizing Azure Service Bus (preferred), RabbitMQ or other AMQP services.
