**Corporate Lending Lead (f/m/x)**:In course of our Corporate Lending Optimization and adaptive transformation we look for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Lending Lead. You collaborate with the Corporate Lending Operations Lead and Corporate Lending IT Lead sharing the same Corporate Lending Vision, Mission & Strategy and related KPIs. As main task you drive and coordinate the execution and implementation of initiatives for the process improvement and take a key role in the adaptive transformation. For this position we are looking for a curious and entrepreneurial leader and team player. You will bring know-how and experience in corporate banking, process management/optimization and strong customer orientation. The Corporate Lending Lead is end-to-end responsible for all Standard Corporate Lending Products, including shared P&L responsibility within the existing business/product matrix.

- In line with a **game changing **revision of the **Corporate Lending **process and an innovative **best-in-class Customer Journey **, we are transforming our end-to-end lending process holistically and comprehensively
- Respective measures are executed within a structure of 6 different transformation levers - involving organizational, technological and conceptual re-design
- You **lead **the optimization process - measuring progress and success of the implementation, cooperating with the Operations Lead and the IT Lead proposing prioritizations and potential additional improvement levers
- You **own **the execution - managing project backlog items, mapping out dependencies and defining priorities, aligning sprint planning with delivery units
- You **run **the orchestration - planning and organizing steering committees, coordinating the preparation of documents & presentations, hosting weekly alignment meetings in the working team, organizing retrospectives
- You **act **as primary liaison manager - ensuring stakeholder buy-in with relevant units and functions

**What you bring to the table**:

- You have several years of experience in Lending (Corporate Banking, Retail or Risk Management)
- Established track record in product-, process-, and project-management
- Entrepreneurial thinking with strong focus on innovation is your passion
- You are customer-oriented and able to drive product development based on customer insights/journeys
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills required for Top Management/C-Level negotiations/presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members (approx. 20) and internal stakeholders, ie. leading cross-functional teams in an agile set-up
- Innovative future
- and digital-minded thinker with responsible attitude, hands-on mentality, enthusiasm and the drive to push the topics forward
- You have a perfect command of English language; German language is an advantage

**What we offer**:

- You’ll be a direct report to the Corporate Banking Board and will have exposure to Top-Management in RBI Head Office
