**_Senior Retail Risk Validation Manager (f/m/x) _**:

- Join the Validation Lighthouse team, where we validate various retail credit risk models, including regulatory and business-driven models, setting and maintaining high standards in model validation and contributing to RBI's model governance. _
- Be part of our diverse team of experts dedicated to enhancing the quality of retail risk models, ensuring compliance, and shaping the future of banking across Austria and 12 CEE countries.**_Your role at RBI

- _You will be responsible for initial and regular validations of all models of selected CEE countries and for the supervision of the validation condition fulfilment _
- _You will contribute to the update and maintenance of the Validation Concepts _
- _You will support the related strategic projects and activities in the RBI Group _

-**:

- _You have University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics or in a comparable field with strong quantitative focus _
- _You have multiple years of experience in risk management of a bank, financial institution or consultancy company, thereof proven practical experience with credit risk model validation or development, preferably in an IRB-compliant institution _
- _You have excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills as well as soft skills to be able to clearly communicate to senior management or regulatory authorities _
- _You have substantial knowledge of CRR, IFRS 9 and related regulatory requirements; experience in translating those into local standards is a plus _
- _You are willing to occasionally travel within CEE, able to speak with different level of management and regulatory authorities _
- _You are open to changes, willing to work in agile set-up that is currently being shaped _
