You will work with an enthusiastic team on a range of challenging but fun and rewarding problems and will be responsible for delivering best-in-class product and product features. This is an intermediate level role and you will be part of a team of Product Managers and Product Owners reporting to the Sr. Product Line Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for
- Requirements gathering to establish the details with customers and stakeholders
- Prioritization and design of the backlog of topics
- Contribute to delivering go-to-market collateral
- Training & demos for validation and enablement
- Interaction with sales and support team to ensure customer and company success
- You will contribute to the product strategy and roadmap

**Qualifications**:
To qualify for this position, you have:

- Bachelor’s + minimum 3+ year experience as a product owner preferably in a B2B software company

To be successful, you will come to this role with:

- Experience of complex on-premises or cloud delivered software products and services
- Demonstrated successful track record of bringing new products or services to market on-time and on-budget
- Understanding and ability to execute on the Agile development fundamentals
- Ability to work with enterprise IT personas
- Disciplined and organized approach to product management, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel skills along with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions, geographies and time zones.
- Comfortable in presentation, webinar to represent Broadcom at industry forum and conferences
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English

- Experience with multiple automation disciplines, e.g. BPM/BPA, Workload Automation, Runbook Automation, RPA
- Experienced collaborator who can work across operating styles, bringing together multiple perspectives
